Human-centred Design is a design process that prioritises the needs of a specific individual or group; be it an end user, client, customer or consumer. Like Design Thinking, Human-centred Design has emerged from the legacy of product design, but is now being being widely applied to the design of services, products and experiences.
White Light’s approach to Human-Centred Design is deeply empathetic. We believe that empathy is the vehicle that can bridge our differences and allow us to create enduring value for others.
