Design Counsel is one-on-one creative corporate coaching (with White Light founder Christian Duell) for emerging leaders committed to creating positive social impact.

Design Counsel provides a safe space outside of the usual work environment to unpack some of the complexity you face in your day-to-day role and navigate a positive way forward. During unique two-hour sessions, held in a variety of off-site spaces, you’ll be challenged, inspired and supported with new ways of thinking and practical tools to tackle problems.

Each session is tailored to your needs and motivations. During the session, you’ll feel challenged to think differently and inspired by possibility. You’ll leave feeling lighter and more expansive, and clear on where to step next. The ultimate aim is to help you feel less stressed and more productive and content in your work.
