OK let’s be honest, how often have we secretly rolled our eyes a little lately when we’ve heard words like purpose, social impact or vulnerability? Or perhaps more honestly, how often do we sense our audience rolling their eyes when we drop one of these buzzwords in our work?
Human-centred Design is an approach to design that prioritises the needs of a specific individual or group; be it an end user, client, customer or consumer. Like Design Thinking, Human-centred Design has emerged from the legacy of product design, but is now being being widely applied to the design of services, products and experiences.
